I appreciated the rooftop bar. Sitting and enjoying the sunset with a cocktail was nice. The restaurant had various dishes available. I always found something nice to eat. Pool areas were clean. The bar areas offered comfortable seating.
Rooms were slightly worn, despite ongoing refurbishment. Still they were comfortable and well equipped.

The staff was accommodating. They handled requests promptly. The grounds staff maintained the plants with clear dedication. The gardens looked fine. I found them to be happy and inclusive.

amazing hotel stay!!!
breakfast choicesterrace barflat pillows
the breakfast buffet had excellent choices, full english, hams, cheeses, fruits, yogurts, juices, and cava!!! we booked a massage easily through the hotel app. the rooftop terrace bar opens at 5pm with great drinks and nibbles.
pillows in the bedroom were very flat and lumpy!!! this impacted our sleep quality.

the staff was very friendly and helpful, providing assistance with any inquiries or requests we had. i found that the reception staff offered efficient check-in and check-out services. they addressed all questions promptly.

the check-in process was smooth and efficient. the rooms were spacious (i had a double or twin room) and very clean. the hotel's location is convenient, near shops and beaches.
The breakfast selection was somewhat limited for a hotel of this rating. i noticed that the pool area was often crowded. the room lacked coffee or tea making facilities. I had to request a kettle (it was not automatically provided).
